मृत्यु एक प्रकारको जीवन ऊर्जाको क्षय भएर अर्का ऊर्जाको आयाममा प्रवेश या रूपाकृतिको फेरबदल हो । यस प्रकारले जन्मिनु, जिउनु र मर्नु ऊर्जाका अलग–अलग रूपहरू हुन् । यो खेल भने चलिरहन्छ, घरी चर्मचक्षुले देखिने गरी त भित्र कतै अज्ञात लोकमा ।<br />

शक्तिको मूल स्रोतबाट आएकाले मानिस जीवनभर आफ्ना प्रयासहरूबाट अचेतन रूपमा शक्तिकै खोज गरिरहन्छ । स्वास्थ्य, धन, भोजन, सम्बन्ध, अध्ययन, उत्पादन, यौन आदि सबै शक्तिको खोजका विभिन्न दिशाहरू हुन् ।<br />

हामी जब–जब जीवनमा खुसी र शान्तिको अनुभव गर्छौं तब–तब यो जीवन ऊर्जा सकारात्मक दिशामा प्रवाहित भई शक्ति बढ्छ । दुःख, चिन्ता, तनाव, अशान्ति र घृणामा यो जीवन ऊर्जा खण्डित र क्षत्विक्षत् भई स्खलित हुन पुग्छ । हाम्रो अचेतन मनलाई ऊर्जाको यो सूत्र जन्मजात नै थाहा छ, त्यसकारणले यहाँ कोही पनि दुःखी र ऊर्जाहीन हुन चाहँदैन ।<br />

खुसी आर्जन गर्नका लागि मानिसले हजारौँ प्रयासहरू गर्छ र अनेकन कुराको त्याग पनि गर्छ । किनभने खुसीयाली जीवन ऊर्जाको उत्कृष्टतम् अभिव्यक्ति हो र अरू निम्न ऊर्जा भएका पदार्थ एवं विषयहरूको तुलनामा हामी अनायास नै यसैलाई रोज्न पुग्छौँ ।<br />

खुसी, शान्त र समृद्ध व्यक्ति नै परिवार, राष्ट्र र समाजको सम्पत्ति एवं गहना हो । जीवन ऊर्जाको उपयुक्त व्यवस्थापनबाट मात्र व्यक्तिले गतिशीलता, प्रेम एवं गहिरो तृप्तिको अनुभूति गर्न सक्छ । आध्यात्मिक साधना, तप र सेवाबाट शक्ति आर्जन गरेमा व्यक्ति आफूभित्रबाटै रूपान्तरित हुन्छ र जीवनभर सिर्जनशील एवं निर्माणमुखी काम गर्दछ ।<br />

यस्तो व्यक्तिबाट दया, करुणा र सहकार्य सहजरूपमा फलित हुन्छन् । तर बाहिरी बल या प्रभावले मात्र शक्ति आर्जन गर्ने व्यक्ति क्रूर स्वभावको हुन्छ । यस्तो व्यक्तिले आफ्नो शक्तिको माध्यमबाट समाजमा घृणा, द्वेष र वैमनस्य फैलाई अरूको शोषण, दमन र संहार गर्न पनि पछि पर्दैन । उसका हरेक गतिविधि अहंकार केन्द्रित हुन्छन् र आफ्नो एवं अरूको अहितमा नै जीवन सकिन्छ ।<br />

यो सत्यलाई मनन गरी हाम्रा पूर्वजहरूले वर्षका तीन सय पैँसठ्ठी दिनहरूलाई ऊर्जाको आर्जन, संरक्षण, क्षय र रूपान्तरणको विज्ञानका आधारमा अलग–अलग भागमा विभाजित गरेर विभिन्न चाडपर्वको रूपमा उपासना विधिहरूको व्यवस्था गरे ।<br />

सूर्य दक्षिणायण भएको समयमा समग्र ब्रह्मान्डको जीवन ऊर्जामा स्त्रैण तत्वको प्रभाव अधिक हुन्छ र हाम्रा दुई ठूला चाडहरू बडादसैँ र तिहार यही समय कालमा पर्दछन् । यी दुईमध्ये पनि बडादसैँ शक्तिको उपासनाको सर्वाधिक सुन्दर अवसर हो । हाम्रा ऋषि–मनीषीको ज्ञान र क्षमता देखेर अचम्म लाग्छ कि उनीहरूले समस्त ग्रह–नक्षत्र, ऋतुहरू र मानव मस्तिष्कको सूक्ष्मतम् अध्ययन गरी अत्यन्तै वैज्ञानिक उपासना विधिहरूको विकास गरेका थिए ।<br />
<br />
आश्विन शुक्ल प्रतिपदाका दिनबाट शारदीय नवरात्रिको पूजा एवं उपासनाको अनुष्ठान प्रारम्भ हुन्छ । तर यो शक्तिको विशेष अर्चनाका लागि मानिस शारीरिक एवं मानसिक रूपले स्वस्थ र पवित्र हुनुपर्छ । त्यसकारणले, नवरात्रि सुरु हुनुअगावै दुई साता लामो सोह्र श्राद्ध या पितृपक्षको विशेष आयोजना गरिएको हो । श्राद्धले दिवंगत पितृहरूका लागि मोक्षको द्वार खोल्ने प्रयोजन त एकातिर छ, यसले श्राद्ध गर्ने व्यक्तिलाई शारीरिक एवं मानसिक रूपले शक्ति उपासनाका लागि तयार भने बनाउँछ । नवरात्रिको प्रारम्भ घटस्थापनाबाट हुन्छ ।<br />
<br />
पानीले भरिएको घट या कलशलाई सिंगारेर दुर्गा भवानीको रूपमा स्थापित गर्ने शास्त्रीय परम्परा छ । तर यसको आन्तरिक रहस्य हेर्ने हो भने थाहा लाग्छ कि घटको रूपमा हामी आफ्नै शरीरको प्रतिमूर्तिको स्थापना गरेका हुन्छौँ । पितृपक्षमा पवित्र बनाइएको शरीरको प्रतिबिम्बको रूपमा घटको स्थापना गरी नवरात्रिभर पूजाअर्चना गरिन्छ । सँगसँगै, शरीरका सात चक्रको प्रतिनिधिस्वरूप सप्तधान्यको जमरा पनि राख्ने चलन छ ।<br />
<br />
नौ दिन लामो नवरात्रिलाई शक्तिका विभिन्न आयामको उपासनाका लागि तीन विशिष्ट भागमा विभाजन गरिएको छ– पहिलो तीन दिनको समूहलाई महाकाली, दोस्रो तीन दिन महालक्ष्मी र तेस्रो तीन दिन महासरस्वतीको उपासनाको रूपमा ।<br />
<br />
स्वास्थ्य, दीर्घायु र दैनिक क्रियाकलापमा खुसीयालीको खोजीका लागि महाकालीको उपासना गरिन्छ । मनुष्यका तीन आयाममध्ये यो भौतिक (कम्प्युटरको भाषामा हार्डवेयर) या तमस आयामको विज्ञानमा पर्दछ । धन, सम्पत्ति, पेसा, व्यवसाय, सम्बन्ध इत्यादिमा शक्ति तथा अभिवृद्धिको खोजी महालक्ष्मीको उपासनाबाट गरिन्छ ।<br />
<br />
वास्तवमा मनको ऊर्जालाई लक्ष्मीको नामबाट सम्बोधन गरिन्छ लक्ष्मीको आराधनाको माध्यमबाट हामी मनका विभिन्न सम्भावनाको खोजी गर्दै समृद्धिको तयारी गर्दछौँ । यो मानसिक आयाम (कम्प्युटरको भाषामा सफ्टवेयर) या रजस वृत्तिको विज्ञान हो । तेस्रो तीन दिनको समूह भने महासरस्वतीको उपासनाका लागि हो, जसको माध्यमबाट हामी शिक्षा, ज्ञान एवं ध्यानको खोजी गर्छौं । यो चेतना (कम्प्युटरको भाषामा ह्युमनवेयर) या सत्व वृत्तिको आयाम हो ।<br />
<br />
महाकालीको आधार पृथ्वी हो भने महालक्ष्मीको सूर्य र महासरस्वतीको आधार चन्द्रमा हुन् । जन्म र त्यसपछिका केही वर्षमा तमस प्रवृत्ति हाबी हुन्छ । उमेर बढेसँगै रजस प्रवृत्ति आफैँ बढ्न थाल्छ, तर ज्ञान र चेतनाबाट मात्र सत्वतिर हाम्रो यात्रा हुन्छ । पृथ्वी तमस, सूर्य रजस र चन्द्रमा सत्व प्रवृत्तिका विम्ब हुन् ।<br />
<br />
शक्तिको उपासनामा एकपछि अर्को गर्दै अघि बढ्नुपर्छ । महाकालीको उपासनाबाटै प्रारम्भ गर्नुपर्छ किनभने स्वस्थ शरीरबिना स्वस्थ मन र चेतना उपलब्ध हुन सक्दैनन् । तीनवटै देवीहरूको उपासनाबाट मात्र स्वस्थ शरीर, सक्रिय मन र शान्त चेतना प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ । आफ्नो शरीर र मनमाथि ध्यान पुर्‍याउन सकिएन भने जीवनमा सुख, शान्ति र समृद्धिको ढोका बन्द नै रहन्छ ।<br />
<br />
तमस प्रकृति प्रत्येक व्यक्तिसँग जन्मजात नै आउँछ, तर रजस र सत्वका लागि आफैँले विशेष प्रयास गर्नुपर्छ । अझ सत्वको अनुभूति त लाखौँमा कोही एक या दुईले मात्र गर्न सक्छन्, अरू भने तमस र रजसको उकाली–ओरालीमा नै पूरा जीवन सिध्याउन बाध्य हुन्छन् । महाकालीको आधार पृथ्वी भएकाले स्वास्थ्य र आयुका लागि धेरै प्रयास गर्नु पर्दैन ।<br />
<br />
तर महालक्ष्मी कमलको फूलमाथि रहने हुनाले विशेष प्रयत्नबाट मात्र साध्न सकिन्छ । अझ महासरस्वती माता भने असाध्यै चञ्चल वाहन हाँसमाथि सवार छिन्, त्यसकारणले अत्यन्तै दुर्लभ प्रयास र साधनाबाट मात्र यो अवस्था हासिल गर्न सकिन्छ ।<br />
<br />
यसरी नवरात्रिभर शक्तिका विभिन्न रूपको उपासनापछि तमस, रजस र सत्वमाथि विजयको संकेतस्वरूप दसौँ दिनमा विजयादशमीको उत्सव मनाइन्छ । ठूलाबडाबाट आफ्नो निधारमा अवस्थित छैटौँ चक्र अर्थात् आज्ञाचक्र (दुवै आँखीभौँका बीचमा) मा टीका र शिरमा जमरा ग्रहण गरी आशीर्वाद लिने सुन्दर परम्परा छ ।<br />
<br />
शरीर, मन र चेतनाको लयको प्रतिविम्ब सग्लो चामलको अक्षता र सातवटै चक्रको प्रतिनिधिस्वरूप जमरा लगाउनु पनि जीवनको आन्तरिक विज्ञान र बाह्य फैलावटको अनुपम एकताको नमुना हो । सबै उपासनापश्चात् व्यक्ति भौतिक, मानसिक र आध्यात्मिक रूपमा जाग्रत रहोस् भनेर कोजाग्रत पूर्णिमाको रातलाई विशेष महत्वका साथ मनाइन्छ ।<br />
<br />
यो बडादसैँको सुन्दर अवसरलाई मनोरञ्जन, स्वजन भेटघाट या कोरा कर्मकाण्डमा मात्र सीमित नगरीकन विवेकपूर्ण तरिकाले आफ्नो शारीरिक, मानसिक र चेतनागत शक्ति आर्जन, संरक्षण र अभिवृद्धिका लागि समर्पित गर्ने कि ?<br />

The Guardian reports that the UK’s GCHQ spy agency (pictured above) has been using NSA systems to collect millions of still images from private webcam feeds — a good portion of which reportedly contained sexually explicit imagery. These feeds were captured through Yahoo infrastructure, but if Snowden has taught us anything, it’s that government hackers are neurotic completists; it is prudent to suspect that most or all major such services have been compromised as well.<br />
The documents refer to the period of 2008 to 2010, detailing a program called Optic Nerve that was designed for dragnet surveillance. That is, this program does not restrict itself to specific targets of surveillance, but grabbed essentially every conversation it could find. In a single six-month period in 2008, Optic Nerve saved shots from 1.8 million Yahoo accounts; just how many shots were taken from each is unclear. The document claims that Optic Nerve “only” collects an image every 5 minutes, a restriction that arises from the sheer number of people being watched. The implication is that narrowing the target group would allow denser data collection.Yahoo has understandably voiced strong denunciations of the program, calling it a “whole new level” of violation of their users’ privacy. Many are comparing the invasion to George Orwell’s Big Brother, which looked in on citizens via cameras in the home, but it’s worth noting that Big Brother at least provided the cameras at no personal cost; this sort of surveillance uses cameras purchased by the victims themselves. Additionally, these feeds were subject to big data-style analysis the likes of which Orwell could never have dreamed; programs that automatically sift through the millions of feeds for good “mug shot” angles and other intel-friendly elements.<br />
<br />
Optic Nerve was both developed and run with the help of NSA technology like XKeyscore, essentially making this an international spying effort. This provides strong evidence (if not outright proof) of one of the most pervasive conspiracy theories about global surveillance: that international alliances fundamentally undermine limitations on domestic spying. Though the documents do not explicitly refer to collection of American conversations, GCHQ has no ability (nor stated wish) to exclude US or UK connections from the Optic Nerve program, making it a virtual certainty that such records were collected in enormous volumes.<br />

ओलीलाई प्रधानमन्त्री बनाउन प्रस्तावक बनेका एमाओवादी अध्यक्ष पुष्पकमल दाहालले राष्ट्रिय समस्या समाधान गर्न कांग्रेससहित सबै शक्ति मिलेर अगाडि बढ्नुपर्ने बताए । ‘यस्तो परिस्थितिमा प्रमुख शक्तिहरू एक ठाउँमा उभिनुपर्छ भन्ने थियो । कांग्रेससमेत प्रमुख राजनीतिक शक्तिहरू एक ठाउँमा उभिएर सरकारमा बसी संविधान संशोधनलगायत ऐनकानुन परिमार्जन गर्नुपर्ने थियो । अन्तिम समयसम्म हामीले हाम्रा तर्फबाट त्यस विषयमा पहल र प्रयत्न गर्‍यौं ।<br />

He was drinking and driving and while trying to skip the traffics he encountered with that fatal accident, however no any scars was observed on him. The traffic police were very amused to see him well as the accident was very scary. He explains that he had never witnessed this kind of accident in real life, in back he used to see this kind of scene in the movies and he was really amused to see it in real life. The Indian border security force (SSB) dragged a Nepal Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) under their control from Rani customes entry point in Biratnagar and thrashed him after taking him to Indian territory.<br />
It has been learnt that the Indian border security force men came to no-man’s land following a clash between Nepali security personnel and cadres of Samyukta Loktantrik Madhesi Morcha (SLMM) and took ASI Pradeep Giri to the Indian side.<br />
 This in not first time that Indian border security force trashed Nepali. Nepali Labors working in a construction of school building at Sukumbasi Dada of Tribhuwan VDC-4 have been beaten by Indian Border Security Force on April 4.<br />
 Morang Police Spokesperson DSP Pramod Kharel informed that the SSB snatched ASI Giri’s weapon after beating him up.

Dashain is the longest and the most important festival of Nepal. Dashain has its different names. It is called Dasain, Vijaya Dashami and Dahsera. The way of celebration and name differs, but most Nepali celebrate it for about 15 days with same zeal and enthusiasm.Generally Dashain falls in late September to mid October, right after the monsoon season in Nepal. Dashain gets many different nick names as Dasara, Bada Dashain, Vijaya Dashain, Durga Puja, all of which mean the same thing, Dashain, a day of Victory over Demons.<br />

According to the legend, the bloodthirsty Goddess, Durga conquered evils on the Dashain day. Huge amount of animal sacrifices take place during the festival in temples and in home to please the Goddess Durga. Some people may take such animal sacrifices negatively but they might forget how they came by their meat on their plate! There are lots of western countries consuming mass amount of meat, animals are slaughtered in factories by the hundreds and thousands. The final day of the festival is known as `Tika’, a day on which the elder ones give `Tika’ to the younger ones and to other relatives who come for their blessings. The police later found that the child was not involved in any crime. He did not commit any kind of crime. The police could not find out any proofs. Despite of this, the child was hit hard by the mob of people. The innocent child was hit hardest by the people without any proof. Stealing is wrong, and the best way to understand it is to examine your child’s thinking. Kids who steal often feel entitled to what they’re stealing, even though they or their parents can’t afford it. There is a fierce sense of competitiveness among teens and pre-teens these days regarding having the cool stuff, wearing the hip clothes, and sporting hot make-up or accessories. Many kids will resort to stealing as a response to this phenomenon. Sometimes kids even steal for the sense of excitement it gives them, or do it under peer pressure. A big part of the problem is that our society’s message is completely absent of a strongly objective morality. In most movies and songs today, the bad guys do good things and the good guys do bad things, and everybody looks the same. So kids justify what they’re doing. Sushil Koirala, the Prime Minister of Nepal registered his nomination for the prime ministerial election on Saturday.<br />
He said that the decision is taken to let another person take charge of the country.<br />

Reportedly, it is expected that chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist), Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli may become the next Prime Minister. Senior leader of the party Sher Bahadur Deuba proposed Koirala as the PM candidate and party Vice-President Ram Chandra Paudel seconded him.<br />
 Before filing his nomination, Koirala had called on President Ram Baran Yadav and submitted his resignation from the incumbent PM position.

The legislature parliament meeting is scheduled to set the vote from 11 am today but due to some error it takes some time to start the election for 38th prime minister of the country. The contenders for the PM post are Sushil Koirala from Nepali Congress President and KP Sharma Oli fro CPN – UML Cheif. To become the PM candidates secure 299 votes out of 598.<br />

नाकाबन्दी, असुरक्षा, बन्दहडताल तथा इन्धन अभावमा यसपटक अग्रीम टिकट काट्ने व्यवस्था कार्यान्वयनमा आउन सकेन। अग्रीम टिकट काट्ने सुविधा कार्यान्वयनमा आउन नसक्दा यसपटक यात्रुको चाप निक्कै बढ्नेछ।यात्रुले यात्राको एक दिनअघि नयाँ बसपार्क, सुन्धारा, कलंकी, गौशाला, कोटेश्वर, चाबहिल, बल्खुलगायतका स्थानका टिकट काउन्टरबाट टिकट काट्नुपर्नेछ।<br />
<br />
दसैंमा निर्बाध रूपमा लामो दूरीमा सवारीसाधन सञ्चालन गर्न नेपाल यातायात व्यवसायी राष्ट्रिय महासंघले सरकारसँग आठ दिनका लागि ७४ लाख ९६ हजार लिटर डिजेल र पेट्रोल माग गरेको छ। महासंघका महासचिव सरोज सिटौलाले आठ दिनमा उपत्यकाबाट १५ लाख यात्रुलाई दसैं मान्न घर पठाउने योजना तयार पारिएको जानकारी दिए।<br />
<br />
लामो दूरीमा दैनिक ६ हजार दुई सय ५० वटा ठूलो बस सञ्चालनमा ल्याइनेछ । यस्ता बसका लागि दैनिक नौ लाख ३७ हजार लिटर इन्धन उपलब्ध गराइदिन महासंघले एनओसीलाई पत्राचार गरेको छ।<br />
<br />
यो परिमाणको इन्धन उपत्यका छाड्ने सवारीसाधनका लागि मात्र हो। 'लामो दूरीका सवारीसाधनका लागि मात्रै करिब ७५ लाख लिटर इन्धन माग गरेका छौं’, सिटौलाले शनिबार अन्नपूर्ण पोस्ट्सँग भने, 'मागअनुसार प्राप्त भयो भने सोमबारदेखि पूर्ण संख्यामा सवारीसाधन सञ्चालनमा ल्याउँछौं। थोरै प्राप्त भयो भने त्यही आधारमा सवारीसाधन सञ्चालनमा आउनेछ।'<br />
लामो दूरीका बसलाई चक्रपथवरिपरिका ३७ वटा पेट्रोल पम्पहरूबाट १५० लिटर डिजल दिने सम्झौता भएको छ।<br />
वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्ति मन्त्रालयका उपसचिव शिवप्रसाद त्रिपाठीले यात्रुलाई गन्तव्य स्थलसम्म पुर्‍याउन एनओसीलाई अन्य क्षेत्रमा वितरण हुँदै आएको इन्धन कटौती गरेर सञ्चित गर्न निर्देशन दिएको जानकारी दिए।<br />
<br />
'सञ्चित इन्धनको सहयोगमा दसैं मान्न जाने यात्रुका लागि सोमबारदेखि सवारीसाधन सञ्चालनमा ल्याउने सरकारको तयारी छ', त्रिपाठीले भने, ‘भरपर्दो सुरक्षा दिएर लामो दूरीका सवारीसाधन सञ्चालनमा ल्याउँदैछौं।'<br />
<br />
उनका अनुसार आइतबारदेखि नै लामो दूरीका सवारीसाधनलाई बढी परिमाणमा इन्धन वितरण गर्ने योजना पनि कार्यान्वयनमा ल्याइनेछ । लामो दूरीका सवारीसाधनलाई चक्रपथ वरिपरिका पेट्रोलपम्पबाट इन्धन उपलब्ध गराउने योजना छ।<br />
<br />
लामो दूरीमा दैनिक ठूला साना गरेर झन्डै ५० हजारको संख्यामा गाडी ओहोरदोहोर गर्छन्। वर्षेनी दसैंमा यात्रुहरूले विभिन्न सुविधासहित नयाँ बसमा यात्रा गर्न पाउने सुविधा पाए पनि यसपटक पुरानै बसमा यात्रा गर्नुपर्ने बाध्यता छ।'बन्दहडताल, इन्धन अभाव र असुरक्षाका कारण नयाँ बस भित्र्याउन सकिएन', महासंघ सम्बद्ध बागमती अञ्चल अध्यक्ष धर्मराज रिमालले भने।<br />

महासंघका अनुसार आयल निगमसँग शनिबार लामो दूरीका बसलाई १५० लिटर डिजल दिने सम्झौता भएको छ। चक्रपथवरिपरिका ३७ वटा पेट्रोल पम्पहरूबाट लामो दूरीका सवारी साधनलाई इन्धन दिइने छ।<br />
<br />
सिटौलाका अनुसार दसैं अवधिभर उपत्यकासहित वरपरको क्षेत्रका लागि भने दैनिक अढाइ लाख लिटर इन्धन माग गरिएको छ। यो परिमाणको इन्धनबाट दैनिक दुई हजार आठ सय ठूला बस, एक हजार नौ सय मिनिबस, आठ सय माइक्रोबस, पाँच हजार पाँच सय ट्याक्सी, चार सय पर्यटक बस र सयवटा खाद्यान्न, दूध, तरकारीसहित अत्यावश्यक ढुवानीका साधन सञ्चालन गरिने योजना छ।<br />

Road clearance work began after Sindhupalchowk DAO, security forces and members of Sindhupalchowk Chapter of Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) inspected the landslide-hit areas. Sindhupalchowk CDO Balbhadra Giri said efforts were on to open the border point by clearing the landslip debris before Dashain. “The border can be opened in a week at maximum and in five days at minimum if adequate fuel is made available,” CDO Giri added. He said there was massive debris as a huge cliff had fallen and the topography was too difficult. Giri informed that work had begun after agreeing to compensate the two houses which would be damaged during road clearance. A landslide about two weeks ago had disrupted around 100 metres of the road section aon the Nepali side near Miteri Bridge.
