The actress who debuted in Bollywood with Luck starring Imran Khan was not able to give a single hit movie to the Bollywood film industry, which led her to look for a career elsewhere.
Thanks to her father’s big name in pretty much all the film industries, Shruti started to get film offers from both Tamil and Telugu industries. While she initially struggled there too, her movies slowly started to well and the actress began to garner attention.
With Gabbar Is Back, she got a new lease of life in Bollywood. She even bagged Welcome Back, sequel to hit movie Welcome which starred Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles.
Welcome Back will have John Abraham and Shruti Haasan romancing each other. With so much happening in her career, it was obvious that the magazines would now line up for her, asking to grace their monthly issue covers.
